Prior to the establishment of Joint Tax Solutions, Niels worked at KPMG Meijburg & Co (1999–2015) and Deloitte (2015–2019), serving as Tax Partner from 2012 onwards. Niels focuses primarily on personal income tax, corporate income tax, dividend tax, and international tax law.

Pascal was associated with Deloitte as a Tax Partner until the end of 2019. He focuses primarily on value added tax (VAT) and is also a guest lecturer at Leiden University. Furthermore, Pascal regularly speaks at seminars and is co-author of a book on VAT and e-commerce.

Bart focuses particularly on value added tax (VAT) and transfer tax. He is an emeritus professor of tax law at the University of Groningen and served as a deputy judge at the courts of appeal in Den Bosch and The Hague for more than 25 years.
